The K Phone is short for keyboard phone. The phone will have a 5 row QWERTY keyboard which will take some of the space of the phone. With that said, there will be a 4.5″ 1:1 screen. This is a small screen by today’s standard, but the phone will meet to the needs of people that prefer a QWERTY keyboard above the virtual keyboard that is on full screen smartphones. The top row will be the number pad, and the bottom row will have a fn key, symbol key, alt key, and a space bar in the center. The keyboard will be backlit, so you could compose messages, and emails in a dark room.
The K Phone will have a mid-range CPU, 12GB of memory, and 512GB storage. As required by NSC, there will also be a micro-SDXC card slot. There will be 2 e-SIMs, and a pager radio for pagers. This will be useful to those in the legal or medical fields. They however will sacrifice a large screen when acquiring this phone – it will be what a niche market will be looking for. The phone will cost $500, and be available in black, and will have the option for a custom labeled case. The case can have words, or for those inventive, a QR code with their contact details.
