Security Panel

Home Automation panels are common in many expensive homes. However, NSC requires that every address has a security panel that would function as a Home Automation system, but also a standard security protocol. All panels will be in a 16:10 screen ratio, and sufficient enough resolution to make it legible. The panels will also require an RFID sensor for authentication. The panel will meet the needs of the address without being intrusive since it will be mounted into the wall. This means you would always know where the panel is. An Android/iOS tablet can be used as extensions, but the panel is still required for all addresses.

The panels will be in 7″ and 11″ screen sizes. They will have a 2Ghz dual core CPU, and 1GB of memory. There will be an NVME of at least 128GB for storing the necessary data that the panel will need. For power, it will plug in via POE since the panel is in the wall. This will allow the panel to connect to the network, and provide for resolution of actions to be required (such as contacting a security company when there’s a break-in). All panels will run a version of Android.
